yash resort is far from arthur lake, there are other better options near the lake, where one can get direct view of the lake. secondly their check-in time is 1:00 pm, and they don't allow early check-in. also the housekeeping staff rang our doorbell twice for check-out, even before the check-out time. the check-out time is 11:00 am, but the housekeeping started ringing bells from 10:45 am, we also raised an complaint at the reception regarding the same. the resort is also not very clean for the ...more

Room No.502 was allocated,It was having bad odour,lack of sunlight.
Reception staff not transparent.

This resort is OVERPRICED:
Rooms: Room size is big but you can see it's an old property and needs renovation. Bed is decent
Room service: The service is slow. No landline phone. They give you a mobile number which goes unanswered. The towels, dental kits etc were all available but not in your room. You need to call and request for it. Even towels were not available unless requested.
