Hotel is so dirty. Room & washroom are not clean. I failed to decide why such rooms are shown "Delux Room". Much disappointed.
The total hotel was just empty. I checked in at 0.30 am & asked for Water bottle, he refused it. The blanket was so dirty, I asked him to remove and preferred to sleep without blanket.

Very pathetic hotel. I booked AC room but, AC is not working. No water supply in the bathroom. Dirty bedsheets and pillow. I recommend not to book this hotel ever.

worst ever experience. the rooms were totally different, unhygienic & untidy. when I checked in there was no electricity, no water supply because of that i have to check out on same date.

one of the best hotels in Itarsi. All staff is very co-operative. Also they provide 24 hour checkin- check out which is not provided by other hotels.
it's price is very affordable and service is nice. Rooms are pretty big and location is near to Railway station. So 5 star from my side.
privacy. well mannered staff. good service. 24 hour check out.. neat and clean rooms. free wifi.

I stayed here for a couple of days and the stay was awesome. Staff was well behaved. Rooms were clean and spacious. And it is very near to railway station
Large parking space. Free wifi. Hot water All time and Privacy.
