The hotel is so pleasant and the staff is very cooperative with ample parking space, and the food is awesome. Perfect stay I will stay there again. Rooms are near and clean.

Rooms were clear and spacious. WiFi worked well. There were frequent electricity cuts. No water and geyser didn't work well. Foods was just fine but costly as rhe portions were not justified as per price. Location is not very accessible. Not a recommended property from my side.

very bad experience everywhere cockraches in room and bed. very bad smelly in blanket and pillow kitchen stuff so dirty

For a reasonable price, you get an apartment to yourself: bedroom, bathroom, hall with sofa TV and fridge, a balcony (extra charge) and a kitchen (extra charge). The restaurant is closed but you can order food from the kitchen with which Yellow Leaf has a tie up. The food is not so good but the prices and quantity are good. The worst part is the location. Its up a steep hill in the Deecon valley. There is barely a road for 500 metres. You have to go through construction rubble to reach it. The ...more

Staff has changed & to a rude one I must say. We are frequent traveler to Rishivilla so this time we booked calling the Hotel, thought we might receive some discount. This felt very Rude!! We've stayed here more that 7 times but this was the worst experience ever at the property. We booked 2 rooms for 4 adults not sure if room 2(301, 304) had an entry for 3/4/2022.Now coming to facilities- there was no soap, no toiletries(which never happened before). One of the best properties. Really clean, humble staff and best thing is quick services. You order food and it comes in just 15-20mins. It was WFH for me, wifi is really good here, they also provide ethernet option which worked really well for me. Parking is safe. Would highly recommend this to everyone who want to come to Rishikesh. Just 1km away from Lakshman Jhula and if you are fond of walking, you wont have a problem here as the property is quite at a steep but rest everything is so good here that we extended our stay from 1 day to a week. Being a traveller, I was highly impressed.
