Hotel was good enough, staff was so cooperative, they provide us early check-in, location is also perfect as it is very near to market, food quality was good.

Bad behaviour of owner with full of attitudes, extra greed of money like through trekking and taxi booking which u can easily get from outside at lower rates. Very exhausting bcoz it has very steep entrance. Noone will come to receive ur luggage. I booked super deluxe room but for god's sake it doesn't have AC.Not satisfied

The location of hotel is good, 2 minutes away from Bhagsu Waterfall.
Food is also good.

It was a good and budget stay. The food was okay. Only downside is nobody came to clean the room. It was not dirty but could be better maintained.

Rooms and location is good but the service is bad.
They don't come for room cleaning.
Lack of power backup when electricity is not available.

Everything was good and the staff was very hospitable
Only cons can be location a bit and no kettle in rooms
