Amazing property in Barlow Ganj Area , away from the hustle bustle of Mall Road.Value for money..Facilities like Complimentary Yoga Class and paid Massage/ Spa facility, add to the experience.. overall wonderful stay in a serene Environment with Helpful staff

the place is good with really helping staff but it got very chaotic after some people checked in…… even the staff was unable to handle the crowd due to which we faced some trouble.

property is beautiful & clean. but, the staff of the hotel is absolutely unwelcoming, rude, arrogant, impolite, indifferent & have no respect & regards towards complaints of the guest. desk staff was very cold & rude. infact none of the desk staff had any manners.linens & comforters were dirty. safe wasn't working. food was tasteless. for the premium price they charge, the don't provide services corresponding to that. not at all value for money. specially for the staff.

Property is beautiful. But, the staff here is extremely unwelcoming, rude, and arrogant. The lady at reception 'Ms. Tanya'... She doesn't even have basic courtesy. Extremely rude & arrogant she is. The linens & the comforter were dirty. The twin beds were so light in weight that they drifted apart & you will fall down. Safe wasn't working. Even when we complained regarding the same thrice , no staff was sent to solve the problem. They don't have any regards towards their guests. Lack of responsi ...more
