Very poor service and facilities... Had to call 3 times and wait for 1 hour to get towel... TV was just kept in the room but was non functional... Exhaust fan in the washroom was also not working... Nobody in the reception and house keeping receives your call... Only the restaurant receives call

Stay was excellent and Good, staff behaviour was so good. Room Service was also good, but in this price room was too small,price to be around RS-1000 for this room. But little bit price to be review,otherwise all was ok.

This is my 2nd day . no cleaning , no utensils pickup . cleaned room when I came at 7:30 Pm approx after too many calls. worst hotel and staff I ever see. in simple word Naam bade kaam chhote 🤣🤣🤣🤣
