Actual location and google map loc is different.
it is around 800mtr away from main road and very difficult to find.
roads to hotel from main road are very narrow so you ll find difficulties by car.
rooms are normal like home bedding are not comfortable.
i called 3 time at night around for water no one has picked up the call at front desk.
mountain view from room is good.
restaurent service is good
5-6 items in breakfast buffet.
pool is very deep not worth.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel near Neem Beach. The room was very comfortable and spotlessly clean, making it easy to relax. The food was absolutely delicious, and I was impressed by the fast service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The peaceful environment around the hotel made it a perfect getaway spot. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility!

Service was excellent and prompt. The hotel on the inside is absolutely beautiful.
Need to work on making the paths reaching the hotel smooth and easy.
Also breakfast buffet options need to be expanded. Very few food options especially when it's pure veg place.

the road to resort is almost non existent. we had problems navigating and driving in and out our vehicle. although the premises are well maintained and food was decent. should work on there accessibility.

Hotel is not at a good location. The way to the hotel is very small and bumpy, the road is severely damaged. The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and smelly.
They have deluxe rooms on higher floors and the costlier Premium rooms are at the basement level. So there is no view and most importantly the washrooms get clogged frequently and there is no solution for it.
I have given three starts for their courteous service, trying to keep the rooms as clean as possible, and good food. The common outdoors seating area is nice.
