we booked super delux rooms but before even we we reach hotel they called us 3 times that we do not have rooms and we will not give you any rooms booked and paid by you. when i reach hotel at 12 in the night along with my family they spoke very arrogantly and threatened to cancel the booking without any refund. and forced us to take normal rooms so that they can black market rooms booked by us to other people walking in as there was too much requirement due to kumbh. so with no option left we st ...more

It was bad experience as I have to move to near by Hotel Raj Mahal Inn. I have a issue with poor quality of Toilets and Bathrooms.
