though the location was comfortablefood especially breakfast never be on timehad a rather disappointing experience during my stay. coffee was available only after 7:30 am, which was inconvenient. the hygiene of the fruits was not up to the mark, and even the beds were not properly cleaned. there was no locker or key for the cupboard, which was a major security concern.housekeeping service was inconsistent—my room remained unclean for the majority of my stay as housekeeping only arrived after 10 ...more

One of the men working here showed me the room above and said that is the mating room.When I asked him who mates here? he replied " members".A few tables were there but no chairs.Dont know if it was a joke or smart comment.I have seen him here on my previous stays

YWCA is a great place to stay in Chenaai, very near to Egmore metro, and the staff is excellent in service good hospitality, food is also great 👍

We were allotted a room where in toilets were not cleaned properly and AC wasn't working condition at all. Billing they showed me. I lost my money completely.

YWCA in Chennai is located near Egmore station and Chennai Central station is also nearby. Property is big and surrounding is safe. Check in was smooth and quick, property cleanliness is ok not too good and not very bad. Rooms are big but not very clean, AC needs servicing as cooling is very minimal and one can tell by looking at it that AC has not been serviced for long time. Room service is not available.
