It’s ok for short term stay and bachelors. No lift in this premium location. Corridors filled with uncleared dustbins. Bathroom is good. But need professional cleaning. Found little lizard inside the sink.

room was good, but washroom need to improve alot. i could smell bad odour as soon as enter, i suggest them use some kind of bathroom freshener

Sleeping experience was good,
bathroom floor and not cleaned,
old building,
staff was ok, due to stay only for a night, I can't say, but till that time it was ok,
TV is not working,
check-in time was delayed, but on checkout, they gave extra time,
no restaurant nearby, except one. you have to order online.
That's it.

i reached around 7.30pm my check-in was 12 pm then even the person present there said ur booking is not there . after checking he said u have to wait room getting ready that took 1 hour .also no sop provided no hot towel

I was unable to check in. I lost money. trying hard to get a refund. A very bad situation. they should not accept the bookings if they are not able to allow check in.
