The hotel was so hygiene and clean rooms also good and the staff was so cooperative and very helpfull the guy at the reception so so gentle good experience best hotel to stay for family and bussiness trips very good experience...

good clean hotel, clean rooms & bathrooms. stayed for a day. nice experience, but rooms r bit small otherwise everything good, many restaurants nearby

The hotel zain grand inn is very nice stay..small room with nice elevation and good lighting...The bathroom is very neat and clean ...This hotel is very near to A2B and you can get tea and coffee with tips from the boys...The overall stay is very good and its near to Chennai egmore and central railway station

the stay was average as in when i entered at 10.30 they asked 500 directly to check in at this time or free checkin at 12.
later when asked fewer details they accepted to check in. room was okish. there was paint and seepage on the wall. shower never worked in the room, no shampoo in the room when asked they say that shampoo is finished. wifi kept on disconnecting, room telephone never worked or went unanswered. strange part of hospitality.

Close to Railway station, Cleaning is good. Room was not soundproof. Local food is nearby some mess.
just 5 min walking transit to railway station. Still need some improvement soundproof room.
