Rooms are clean...rate is on the higher side...the attendees are not serious at work...all the time playing video games...did not provide us a packed breakfast (though we paid for it)...rooms are too small.

• room was clean and well-maintained.
• provided basic amenities like a working tv and an electric kettle.
• bathroom was clean and equipped with adequate toiletries (soap, shampoo, dental kit). reliable hot water supply

It was a good and budget friendly hotel . It was very clean and hygienic . Only thing that they could have done is food . Food quality and varieties could be more . Overall I would definitely recommend the hotel

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zaith Residency in Chennai and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure that every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
The room was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a beautiful view of the city. The cleanliness and attention to detail were impeccable, which really added to the overall ambiance of the room.

Very good hotel with very polite, gentle and cooperative staff. I would recommend this Hotel if you are visiting Apollo Hospital or American Embassy. The location is very good. Rooms are spacious well maintained with Gas stove.

Very bad experience indeed. They have given a room where water was continuously leaking from wash basin in bathroom. We have reported the management but they didn't responded. Also they provided same breakfast everyday and didn't change at all even after request. Also they didn't clean the room everyday. Also, lift was not working. Water leakage problem from bathroom. Didn't clean the room regularly. Same breakfast everyday. Lift was not working , at least those when we stayed.

I booked this hotel (Zaith Residency) for my father-in-law who regularly visits Chennai for eye checkup at Sankara Nethralaya.Booking was for a 3 night stay; however due to pathetic amenities, poor service and bad food had to shift to another hotel after 2 nights of stay. When they complained about all this to the hotel staff, the response was very unprofessional that this is how it is with this hotel.as we were left with no option but to check-out early a day before due to the above reasons.Not good behaviour or service provided to Senior Citizens.

We booked the room for three members but had bed only for two members,they provided a extra mattress later for third person. And hot water always didn’t work. Remaining all are good.
