The hotel is in McLeod Ganj and very near to the mall road. We had to walk only 300-400 meters to reach the market. The room was clean and the bathroom was also clean. The room was very large and we also had a balcony since we booked a super deluxe room. The view was great and we were able to watch the Himalayas from our room.
The services was great and the staff were very kind. They were very polite and the staff also came to guide us to the hotel when we couldn't find our way.

We always book this hotel on our visit to Mcloedganj.The location,ambience,view,cleanliness...everything is perfect.
The owner is very cooperative,we also got an upgrade.Its very close to main market n Temple.5 stars to the hotel

Hotel was great. It's just they don't have a in house restaurant. Re-opened recently so all services was not active and no hospitality showed. But yes there was nothing negative you get what u asked for. We were the only guest but it seemed kinda safe. Room cleanliness and everything was fantastic. Just the restaurant and lift was a problem but would visit again.

Worse location where ua car can actually stuck , there is no parking , staff seems to be in their own world .... we ordered food as in papad , egg bhujia & bread ...they took 1:30 hrs to prepare that & serverd in another half an hour bringing egg bhujia first den bread & after we were done eating it papad came in ...I recommend to go D'casa n other better hotels instead of Zambala...thanks to my trip planner I was just there for 1 day .

Poor hotel with very small rooms , beddings not clean , manager and owner not at all helpful toileteries are chargeable better options then this are available
