Due to light fluctuations AC was not working. At night even though electricity was there they switched off our AC and when we asked them to open they switched it on. Also, they have specifically mentioned that they will give 15% discount if we dine in at their restaurant but same was denied when it was time for bill payment. Also, they did not provide moisturizer and when asked for around 3-4 times continuously in 2 hours they provided it. Room was clean and spacious.

Broken washroom windows with bare minimum amenities.The food and in house staff is good though but the property needs maintenance as well as the service lifts

Spacious Rooms. Outside vehicle noise are too high. Don't have food from this restaurant. Worst Food.

This is a feedback, if you guys can look into it , this property could be recommended, as its at a very good location for transit stay. Rooms are OK, but the BIG problem is the noise outside, since it is located next to the highway (i/f traffic stop), it is very difficult to rest/sleep. There were no locks on window panels to make it soundproof or reduce some noise, I informed the person on the counter, he said he can't help, Sorry. Food is good though.

it was a horrible experience. bathroom was clogged and after even complaints from my side they didn't resolved the problem. also an incident took place where i was charged more then the cost of my stay here for a day, for a simple bedsheet stain which was easily removable.
