it was an absolute pleasure and we loved our stay, primarily because of how neat the rooms were and the location of the hotel that allows easy access to most famous spots. we are definitely going back to the zone by the park, at bangalore

It was totally different room what I saw.They given me a twin bed rather than a king size bedroom what I blocked. Reason hotel is on 100% occupancy.... nit al all good experience this time

this hotel has gone down the drain. I have stayed before but this time it has become much worse in all aspects. Poor maintenance in the room, bathroom, ac doesn't cool and staff incompetent.

It was a great 2N stay at Zone by the park, the elaborate and delicious breakfast was the highlight followed by cheerful staff

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. There is zone by park in kolkata as well but never faced any issues. When the entire hotel is non smoking you could've mentioned that but these people didn't. I booked a room thinking of that this property has a smoking room but no.Such harassments to client is not acceptable not mentioning things also not right.Room is fine but the washroom is pathetic. If someone takes a shower also the washroom will be flooded. Very bad experience . Never ever will book

Very good location. Nearby to commercial Street,MG road and many other famous places. Complimentary breakfast was very tasty and had lot of variety. Chef and staff was always ready to serve food according to your choice.
