the rooms were bit smelly washroom was clogging although staf was nice, so rating is 3 please maintain the status of zone by the park!!

the hotel staff is not professional. they are not supportive and lying on every step. till yet chked in they shows concern. after that no services for customer.rooms are not ul to the mark. Not Happy with this hotel.

overall hotel location is good,staff is helpful,rooms are clean, food is excellent.only thing is parking for private taxi is a issue as mall road gets closed

the location of the stay was amazing, our balcony room had pretty views and a lot of sunshine in the basket. all the amenities mentioned at the website were available except for the mini bar. the issue i repeatedly faced was that of cleanliness, despite of asking the house keeping staff to get the room cleaned after we move out, it was never completely clean, the house-keeping staff wasn't dedicated and motivated well. also due to some sewer problem i believe, the washroom was 80% of the times smelly, better ventilation/exhaust needed.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access from Mall Road Mussoorie keeping in movement of traffic in Mall Road, I along with my family especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet & Dinner (MAP). Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
