the hospitality was poor. as we checked in we were thrown with dos and donts. despite request none was heard. charging for just a bath tower, i requested the person to put the food in our room as no other guest was sharing our dorm it was completely ours still he rejected the request as i pleaded that i have a breathing problem i cannot sit in enclosed space
i am not giving this stay a horrible rating because the food was outstanding

What can improve:
1. Cleanliness of dining/common room.
2. Wiping the room daily without being asked.
3. Rooftop area has a lot of scope to be converted into a fun common area with TT table, pool table etc.
4. Volunteer to create fun vibes and organize hikes and activities.
5. Dorm washrooms are somewhat stinky.

The stay was really awesome.Rooms were neat and clean. The manager was also very humble and professional.The garden and the view made the stay more pleasant. Overall I would recommend to stay here.

My first zostel experience and it was super fun , what a place and sweet hosts special thanks to divya,vinod,and dheeraj for making this a memorable trip , nice excursions and small trek organised by divya and dheeraj bhai , hostel has nice games and common place weekly bonfire and good food and amazing traveller's to interact with
