This hostel is highly recommended. Everything was so nice during my stay specially the location it is made in. The food was also superb. The staff help the travelers with everything they can, their behavior is so nice. I would request for just one thing as I believe it will be more beneficial for the travelers - do start the reception (or even kitchen) at 7AM in the morning, if possible, as if one would need to check-out early so someone needs to be there to clear the pending things (dues etc.).

Very bad experience, we demanded for one day refund as we had some change in plans, the owners denied clearly without adjusting any amount. Food and water quality was also very bad and service was extremely poor.

I had an excellent stay at Zostel Shangarh. The location of Zostel is the best in Shangarh and vibe was awesome and made many new friends at the bonfire of Zostel.

The place zostal is situated at is amazing. Close enough to Meadow and Waterfall. Everything was good about this place.

Probably the biggest property in Shangarh. Good space and view is also better but hospitality could have been better.
