the wash room condition is pathetic.no shower knob and the comde was in very bad condition. tv unit not working. there is no intercom facility.

i had a very great experince at zuri hotel stay ,allocated room was clean and tidy and very affordable intially as a woman i was worried to stay alone at this hotel but it is very safe and pleseant especially hotel staff were helpful through out the stay i would recommend everyone can consider at this beautiful place

* Hotel showing 3 star but not eligible for single star.
* Worst experience from check in
* in room crocroches found in drawer
* lots of mosquito. Mat not provided
* bath towel is very dirty.
* staff is not co-operative.
* making huge noise at night at front desk which disturb me a whole night
* Lack of hospitality
* Not recommended to any one to stay here.

The hotel picture is not similar to reality, there is no buffet at breakfast, no shower in the bathroom, and maintenance is not good. Don't be fooled by the photos.

cleanliness is below average and provided non washed bed sheet and cover and room service is taking long time.complementary break which was buying in local shop and provided with very minimum quantity.

They chared rs 300 extra for just 30 min early check in and that to googlepay on there personal number and no recepit the day went horrible with rat died smell not able to pass corridor i told them and saying waiting for housekeeping people
