HOTEL RITHANS

Hi, I would also like to share some more feedback based on our stay in the hotel premises. We checked in at the hotel around 11 PM on Dec 3rd and stayed till Dec 4th noon. Though the ambiance of the rooms (Room No. 202, 203) which were allotted to us were good, the washrooms were not up to the mark. The toilet seat and its cover were not fitted properly, the whole set was coming in our hands, and the same applies to the shower knob, switch boards as well. We did raise a complaint with the reception desk, but it was not resolved until we checked out.  Though the season does not demand any need for Air conditioning, our booking was for AC rooms for which payment was also made, but unfortunately the AC's weren't working either. We cannot wait for the repairs to be done since ours was only a short stay, However I brought these issues to your notice so that these can be rectified in future bookings.  Room Details: Room No 202 & 203, Hotel Rithaans, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore - 641659 Check in details : Dec 3rd (11 p.m) in the name of Abdur Rafeeq L.K.M Check out details: Dec 4th (12 noon) The same issues mentioned above, apply to room number 203 also (booked by my brother Abdur Raaziq L.K.M....Since we felt something is fishy in this case which might have happened without the knowledge of the hotel management, we express our dissatisfaction about our stay in this hotel.   I would request you to take the necessary steps, so that this does not happen for future bookings.... Worst hotel to stay. Bed were so dirty and full of stains mark. And the worst part full of bed bugs on bed thousands of bed buds walking on blanket, Pillow is full of blood stains and dead insects were still stuck in pillow. Oil kept in bathroom were already becomes black with germs. It was really a shock for me to see this room condition, when I approached Reception they told all rooms are like that sir. Finally I brought towel from washroom and slept over that. this was the condition of Deluxe AC room. Even for free also this hotel is not worth. I will suggest to avoid this hotel.

very nice. reception set is very good. total property kept clean.well kept pool. food quality is high but costly. gym facilities are low. more maintenance is required to rooms. it can be more modern. a manual house boat is there and we can't go more in backwaters. boat man is cheerful and funny. enjoyed very much with my family a clean property and good quality food.

Room is spacious and clean but only thing is that hot water in the bathroom is available only after 8am so untill that you cannot bath which is ridiculous. This is bcoz they have only solar for heating the water so water gets heated only after 8 as said by the staff. When you say it is business class hotel you cannot be so pathetic in service
