Room size is descent, TV doesn't work well due to frequent DTH signal loss. Wifi isn't available during my stay. MOBILE Network is poor inside the hotel areas and rooms. Room which I got had leakage issues in bathroom. Geyser is their but due to leakage etc, hot water wasn't available. Hotel infrastructure is old, need of an improvement and modernize. Wifi or Internet availability at Hotel would have been better.

It’s a budget hotel and the money is for the location which is perfect as it very near to the market, Bank and ATM ,bus station, harbour. Don’t look for room services. Hotel room has geyser, ac, TV and power backup 24X7. It’s approx 20 min walking to cellular Jail, Rajiv Gandhi Watersports Complex. Don’t look for luxury and then you will be happy. Breakfast was complimentary and good.

Water logging is an issue from rain and. Bathroom and that makes room floor wet and need cleaning many a times. Mobile Network and Mobile Internet is poor in this hotel and areas nearby. Unpleasant smell in hotel areas and inside room. Needs better hygiene and cleaning.

There are many restaurants nearby hotel. Hotel staff is understanding and mostly responds promptly with room service requests. Hotel is Quite close to Aberdeen Market and MG Road. Room services, cleanliness, lighting arrangements inside the rooms could have been better.

The hotel is well located at few minutes from Phoenix bay jetty. The hotel is very clean, looks as renovated recently. Since they don't have kitchen facility you need to have the food outside or you can order food in prior. The staff over here are friendly.

Positives: hotel staff is very helpful, place is near to jetty point, cellular jail n other tourist spots, room was spacious, restaurant just below the hotel. Negatives: room aesthetics n bathroom not up to mark, room service not up to mark.

Budget hotel in peaceful location. Market is at walkable distance. water logging in room due to rain. Breakfast is descent. Internet and connectivity is poor in the hotel and surrounding areas. Overall my stay is satisfactory.

Breakfast served is ok, hotel staff is good. Some of the rooms get water logging due to heavy rains. TV, Fan, Bed, Bathroom services kind of ok. Good budget hotel for short or long stays
