The worst hotel ever... Staff is just least bothered.When we checked in the room the room was fully mess and dirty for which we asked to change the room, after changing the 2nd room caught fire with short circuit, there was literally smoke in the room, we brought it to their notice however they took it very casual and gave us another room. That room was totally dirty with paint/plaster of the room was just falling off, TV wasn't functioning properly, no AC cooling tho we kept it 18 whole night. The next morning just before we check out there was strange noise and ice cubes started falling off from the AC vent. The surrounding was pathetic. The entrance of the hotel was just dripping with water and it was very scary and dangerous to step in and out. There was a fear that we could slip off anytime.I would never recommend this hotel to anyone nor would visit here again infact would definitely share photos to all stating about the horrible experience.

Poor experience. This hotel is only for couple who cannot find place elsewhere to have fun. Poor food. Asking for extra amount than the print rate in the menu. Always asking for tips. Asking to make the payment twice at the time of check out even when the amount was paid real time. Rude behaviour. Disturbing while sleeping and the DND was on. Never recommend this to anyone.

I recently stayed at Hotel Riva International and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was polite and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, a great choice for travellers. Would definitely consider staying here again.

It was an amazing stay. Everything was nice, the staff was supportive and the rooms were nice everything was pleasant . Love the way they greeted us their hospitality is very nice. I will really recommend everyone who is looking for a nice stay must visit this hotel.

Value for money hotel rooms are very clean also staff were polite and helpful. Best part is hotel is very near to metro station it becomes convenient to travel in city. Loved the hotel ambience.

Worst hotel ever The service to everything Disgusting ever Dont take this judged on thr photos they give No water , no clean bed nothing . They said food will be there . I did not get that also
