Rooms were small and there is no space to keep your luggage, I booked double bed and it was expensive.But the view from the balcony justifies the price.You can also go to terrace for the awesome views. This place is best for the sunset.Talking about the food, it is the best. I never expected such good food in this location but the host makes really good food.And there is no food option around this place, the nearest one is in the mawlong village. So inform the host before reaching their to prepare the food if you want to eat on arrival.I have searched a lot but didn't found any good hotels or Homestay in this location other than this.This place Is 1 hr distance from dawki and around 15 min from mawlong village.We stayed at this place for 2 days and visited mawlong and dawki.If your visiting this location then a must stay at this Homestay.They have parking space for 2 cars.

cons 1) The road to resort is very very bad. for 1 km you need to struggle 2) Resort is still developing 3) There is no heater provided in thr room 4) There are no complimentary soaps , toothbrush and paste provided. as this is a resort this is expected. 5) Food is average. most of the items are not available pros 1) campfire is good at the evening 2) rooms are spacious and washrooms are clean 3) service and staff are friendly 4) it's nearby to all important sightseeing locations. overall nice resort but still development is ongoing. it should be more professional.

pros:1. peaceful location.2. Staff was polite & cooperative.3. Have facilities like Geyser, food,parking, etc4. Bon fire in WInters & Swimming Pool in Summer.Cons:1. Hotel is still under construction phase so will take time to developed & fully functional.2. The actual property is different from what shown in photos.3. Breakfast & food options are very very limited.4. Property is at secluded place so not at all couple & family friendly.5. There is no proper road to the property, it is muddy with thousands of potholes.

Good stay. The morning view is great. The food was also delicious. The only issues are the road leading to the resort. It's about 1km of offroad to reach this place. You can take your car there as we did but be ready for it as we had reached the place after dark and it was a little scary to do this in the dark. A bit overpriced in my opinion. But a good stay overall.

Worst resort i have seen , there is no road and the road conditions are very very poor , u will feel horror habeli type and this is not fit to stay for family at all , Dont book this property , i had booked but after visiting the area i have booked another lodge to stay instead of this bakwas resort

the experience was good as the food and service was nice, but the property is not well maintained. the swimming pool did not have any water. the number of staff was also very less. overall it was not a value for money resort.

Good property. Spacious rooms. The staffs are very courteous. Food is good. Limited option for breakfast. Access to property is a bit difficult as the last 700-800 metres is not having proper road.

nice place. approach road about 0.5 km to the resort is very bad. staff is well behaved. there were only 3 options in complementary breakfast and one person can choose only one.
