Rohaan Hotels Medavakkam by UPAR

Dear Goibibo Support Team, I am writing to request your urgent assistance regarding a refund for my booking at Rohaan Hotels Medavakkam by UPAR, originally scheduled for 10th June 2025. Due to a booking mistake, I had intended to book the room for 9th June, but accidentally selected the 10th. I went to the hotel on the 9th and only realized the error at the reception. I spoke to the hotel staff, and they confirmed that my booking was for the 10th. To resolve the situation, I: Cancelled the booking through Goibibo Paid in cash to the hotel directly for a room for the night of 9th June The receptionist assured me that he would approve the refund request for the original online booking However, it has now been many days, and the refund has still not been processed. I feel disappointed because I have effectively paid twice for the same stay due to an honest mistake, and the hotel had clearly agreed to issue the refund. I also contacted Goibibo customer support multiple times but have not received a resolution. I have proof of my stay on the 9th and I am happy to share them if needed. I kindly request you to: Follow up with the property to approve the refund Or initiate the refund from your end, given the genuine circumstances Please let me know if you require any additional information.

This Property is well maintained and good hygiene and is best suitable for family or official trips, its closer to Sholinganallur business parks. The public roads are not so good around this area as metro construction adds its own challenges. Hotel stay is pleasant and staffs are welcoming nature. Cleanliness is upto mark. Parking facilities for car provided by hotel infront of hotel a open space which is quite safe. Wifi is good. Restroom hygiene is good, would recommend hotel to change the Bathing Buckets & Mug time to time. Overall good stay. Good Luck.

Had a pleasant stay at Rohaan Hotel. The rooms are good, compact, and best suited for two people. It's a new property and is neatly maintained. The receptionist was very helpful throughout our stay. The main drawbacks were that no toiletries were provided, and the restroom and bathroom had salt water, which was a bit inconvenient. Nevertheless, it was a good stay overall. They also have dedicated car parking available right opposite the property.

Nice stay. large neat and clean rooms, friendly service operators. bathooms are clean also. spacious rooms with TV, AC one chair, Room locker and one Teapoy provided..They didn't give any waterbottle as complementary. Only one issue happened the AC remote was complaint. But, They adjusted cooling. Rooms are good to stay for family, couple, friends.. Nearby main road side.. highly recommended. friendly service operators.
