Well from where do i start !! I had an amazing stay at hotel Roland during my visit to kolkata for the first time. This was my first experience going to an unknown city and staying alone in a hotel. Surprisingly i found the caretaker of the hotel MR. Rajesh sir a very kind and gentle person. (Felt like home) ☺️ He was kind to guide me towards my destination. I am very thankful to his hospitality towards me and I rate 5 star to this hotel. I would definitely recommend people if travelling to kolkata from Bangalore or any other city to stay at homely environment hotel. The amenities of the hotel is same as it is shown in the website.

Best Experience to stay !! Recently stayed there. It was very good ambience both Exterior & Interior. Nice & Clean Rooms with fresh linens. Polite staffs, nice gestures. Food was tasty, though haven't tried much during 01 night stay. Room was good (Room No#303). Specious enough for double sharing, with separate small dinning place. Minibar was there with only soft drinks; should have some chocolates. Nice location. Having conference hall on top floor. Suitable for Small Corp. Event. Overall it was very good stay experience. Recomandable. 😊

One of the best comfy hotel in Kolkata. The owner Meghna di is so so soo sweet and very well spoken, smart and very welcoming. She was so sweet and provided help for any service we wanted. Thank you ma'am. When we visit Kolkata again, we will definitely stay here. Rooms were very clean, services were proper and breakfast was just amazing. loved it!!!! the owner and caretaker are very heartwarming, and welcoming.

Very good experience staying at Emerald suites. the caretaker is very polite and cordial and the rooms and clean and properly maintained. You feel relaxed and happy. The rate is also very reasonable. Go for it.
