Hotel Rolex INN

It is with deep sadness that I have to inform that the hotel which is located in Rolex Inn Faridabad, was booked on 25/06/21. I checked in at around 9.30 pm. I was given room 102 in which A/C was not working, on my complaint, a boy came and said that it will start after 15 minutes, But A/C did not work for me. After repeatedly complaining, he stopped listening and there was no solution. Around 12:00 PM I tried to contact customer care but could not get through. I saw there that only two people have staff, it was not known who was the manager. He told me clearly that we have no other option. You can go if you want. It was 12:00 AM in the night, I know how I spent the whole night. And in the morning I immediately left from there. For the first time, I stayed in a hotel like this. This was my worst experience. This is the worst hotel, i have ever went in .The stniky bathrooms. and even after complaint they didn't made it clean. AND They have wrong location on google maps. Its 15 km away from the location slected on maps. So difficult to find it . Bad food , Took like an hour after placing the order .and Even if you book 1000 rs room somewhere elese i bet they will be far better than this. A hotel to spoil your day ....

poor maintenance. no wifi. no tata sky. unprofessional manager. hotel is not issuing any tax invoice even after receipt of tax amount. it is clear case of tax evasion. Rs 300 was pending for GST payment, which was to be paid at hotel, but hotel after collecting money did not issue any tax invoice, means tax money will not go to government but to hotel kitty on other account.

The hotel was very poorly Maintained. There was only one room service staff for whom we have to call ten times for any requirement. The website said they had a restaurant, but it is inoperative. The toilets were badly maintained. Room cleaning was not at all done.
