Hotel amenities, service and food is good. Great staff behaviour and assistance whenever required. Good ambience as the room is sea facing, have a private deck outside of the room. Breakfast options are less, but food is great. The location is near to Munambam beach, its a must visit. Also, close to Cherai beach, but Cherai may be crowdy. Swimming pool is well maintained and good. However, I felt its overpriced, as the resort has not much space for kids play, and other indoor/outdoor activities which we normally see for such a costly stay. Guess this price is aimed for foreign tourists, but I definitely feel its overpriced. For people, who loves to stay on a beach side, and enjoy an evening time on nearby beach, this place is apt. But for people, who looks to spent time on the resort itself, there are not too much options or amenities. Great staff behaviour, room cleanliness.

Amazing place serene views. Loved the vibes. unlike a hotel with long corridors 36 palms is uniquely built right next to the Arabian sea. it has a big sea facing deck approximately 10 ft away from the sea and a very clean infinity pool. there was only a few leaves and small fruits falling from the coconut tree but the staff was there to pick them up with their net every now and then. I had booked a standard room which is facing the sea wall on the ground floor, so I had to take the staircase to go to the common deck to enjoy the view but being a solo traveler i wanted to get a basic room. none the less the room was very clean and fresh. thank you 36 palms for the warm hospitality. your super attentive staff doesn't leave 1 request unattended. I'll be back for sure.

Stayed in 36 Palms during Christmas. The place was obscenely priced for the limited amenities the resort provides. Except for the swimming pool and deck with chairs/swings... there is nothing at the resort... Guess it's for people who would want to rewind on chairs/swing/cot looking at the sea... The estate manager and staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay... The breakfast was awesome and tasty...

good stay but restaurant is not there we can order the food out side. Morning compliment break fast is very good we all enjoyed. Good but rooms are small
