Hotel room had following problems 1) no room heater..it should be mandatory in nainital considering cold climate. 2) Individual water geysers per room...I was sharing the geyser with next room. 3) no tissue papers in bathroom. only accessory available was towel. 4) no shower in bathroom. 5) No immediate power backup. phone line goes dead moment the power fails. need to go at the reception every time to tell them that we need to turn on the generators. 6) TV is there but most of the channels are missing. 7) lot of bees and insects were there in the room. 8) Breakfast is very limited. In fact limited to such an extent that school going kid would also remain hungry. only 6 options were there out of which only one can be chosen. 9) No electric kettle available. foreigners might not like this. 10) furniture was broken and there were no pulling handles in drawers. so we could not use them. 11) Lunch and dinner were way expensive. its better to have food outside ..outside you will find good thali options but not in hotel. 12) ironing is not allowed inside the room but outside also you wont have good laundry personnel..got my new jeans of Worth Rs 3299 spoiled in a day. 13) Taxi wont be able to drop you right at doorstep as hotel entrance is like vaishno devi chadai..you will have to walk uphill.This hotel is not recommended for elders above age 40 at all. however, following were the very good points about this hotel 1) Staff was very cooperative. will listen and act immediately 2) Terrace was good. View towards naini lake was awesome. 3) Staff was very polite. They provided the hot water and milk whenever required. One thing to add is they prepare tea with the best efforts but I seriously didnt like the quality of tea. won't blame staff for this though..

Hotel location is good however entrance is very difficult specially for kids and Sr citizens, cleanliness is not up to the mark, linens and blankets looks haven't been dry cleaned since they were bought. Washrooms doesn't have ventilation. Staff is courteous and quick. Chef is pathetic, he serves spoiled food, unwashed non veg, tea is bad and so on.... Owner is good, listens grief's and always helpful. Overall a OK hotel to stay if nothing is available but don't try food here. Hotels interiors are beautiful but haven't been kept well.

One day before checking into the hotel, I got a call from******* that the room is upgraded to super deluxe free of cost due to some reasons. initially I was excited but when I reached hotel I was told that it has not been upgraded. Also I was asked questions like how much you paid for this room, who booked this.. bla .. bla.. I waited for good 30 mins at the reception... called *** thrice after which I was given the room and that too economy in the name of deluxe.

Staff was good and well behaved, provided a smooth and accurate service on time. And room was of good quality but there was no fan in the room. It is located at the height of 200 mt. from Mall road and Naini Lake, where via Personal vehicle, it was not possible to reach. Food served by them was delicious and the property was good and clean enough and in complimentary just luggage pick up was there from Mall Road as vehicle could not go through.

Hotel staff were very cooperative. I travelled to naintal for the first time and was not aware of the hotel location so when called hotel staff immediately located us and carried all the luggage that we had with us. Rooms were well decorated excepts the lamps on both the sides of bed... which gave us the yuk sort of feeling. Don't rely on food there as you can enjoy quality food at bada bajar with a much cheaper price..

Not worth for money, water heater was not working and manager continuosly talking that water is on freezing point towels was not clean at all and they will provide only one towel which was colorfull and very small toilets are anglo indian only two service boys were there for serve all hotel and parking of hotel was at very high area but it is very near to mall road.

Its a pathetic hotel I have ever seen in my entire life.... Very pathetic room not worth for a family. Booked a four bedded room but they provided sofa cum bed. Worst location not worth for aged parents or childs. Don't even think about this hotel, its a genuine review.

very small room, no ventilation, whole night dogs barking won't stop outside. heavy on eyes interior, bathrooms in poor condition, garbage heap outside the window, can't even open windows as no access to window handles. old property , congested

It was a nice stay. The services and the staff all were fine enough. Only the concern was that Hotel is on height. Parking wasn't there, parked the vehicle far off of the hotel. Overall its a decent stay.

The location is very bad. No proper route to reach the hotel. Very basic rooms, pathetic arrangement. This hotel is a nightmare. the staff has no proper manager, few teenagers are handling it.

very poor hotel. toilet taps not working properly. dogs barking all the night make unable to sleep. staff says dogs will do so. I will never recommend this hotel even for cheaper rates .

Hotel is good. Staff is supportive & helping. Rooms are good, neat & clean. Only the negative point is the way to hotel is quite terrible as its on heights .. near to trolly..

we stayed there for two nights and used goibibo discount so it was nominal. Bed room was fine. bathroom was having geyser which was very much needed. Staff is helping.

Hotel is located at good location although we have to climb around 50 stairs to reach there. View is not good however, u will get fair services at this price.
