the rooms were NYC. wifi was good. the house keeping staff and the security guys ask for tip even petty things. The security guards are the worst they charge tip for even checking out , they give stupid excuses like compulsory check-out charge that they have to pay back to the reception. complimentary breakfast is for namesake. stayed 2 days but received breakfast for 1 . dat too bread butter and tea. it's the same daily... overall I would never like to return to this hotel.

very bad experience I visited their with my sister in law.. room was dirty, reception crowded with lots of labour and other employee looking on us that we are there for wrong intentions I just spend 20 min there and book another hotel and checkout the hotel when we leave security guard claim for tips and give a smile like...... it's a money marketing company ... the contact no is wrong the person picked up the 📱 tell me that he now stay at digha he leave this property..

It was a very good experience of staying Prayag Aristro Club, Joka. Good decorations with good number of facilities. Swimming pool, Food Facilities, Behavior of the staffs are really not comparable. Overall satisfied.

Very old building. There are lots of mosquitos in the room. Room service and House Keeping was good. Reception staff were not courteous.
