the location was near the beach, and that is the only good thing about this place, receptionist rajesh was non co-operation, he behaved as if he was doing a favour on you while giving the room. there was no parking facility, I was asked to keep the bike anywhere but far from the hotel, paid parking also closed at 7pm so it's totally on your risk to park the rented bikes which is a necessarily in goa. linen was not clean and there was absolutely no room service. bathrooms are so small that you can barely stand in it. description even showed lockers, but when I went there the receptionist said that there are no lockers available now. no tv, no ac, no amenities at all.

Hotel was good but initially manager put up to many restrictions like dont close the door dont use this that dont do this and that, i understand there were three more beds in the room but still its not a student hostel . on the plus side location was good very near to Beach , super clean room and wifi speed was also good

what we have expected about the room and cleanliness was not up to the mark. There was no restaurant for in house dining. Owner was managing the services and at that time there was power cut so we haven't asked for anything.

there is four bed in one small room, bathroom very small, no AC no locker, no cctv, no ventilation to circulate air, their staff is good, location is nice, very near of baga beach, there is not good bus service

pathetic! pathetic and pathetic! there were no electricity, WiFi was not at all working! no network coverage in room! no room service,no AC! feels like a cheap lodge! totally disappointed!

Room is very neat and clean, service is good especially Mr Rajendar is very friendly and kind person.If you want to enjoy the beauty of baga beach then this is the best preferable hotel.

Pro's 1min walk to Baga beach 10min walk to titto's reasonable rate taxi stand is near bike rental is near cons No mobile range in ground floor(Airtel) small bathroom no parking area
