I would like to give minus rating for this hotel .But minus rating is not available. What a disaster & worthless hotel in such high rate ..... The room was in under basement & the reception was in first floor . The contact number of the manager which was given on the booking receipt was always switched off . The woman who was available on the reception didn't know anything . Moreover the bad cover and the pillow was so dirty that not even a dog could sleep on that . So We have to arrange another bad cover from outside. Overall a horrible experience. .....

Located in the middle of namchi and near taxi stand , the hotel isn't bad for the price I got it for.. the professional approach is lacking and that's coz it's run by family.... but overall it's ok..

hotel is in ground floor and no mobile network no security reception is different from rooms every time for room service you need to go upstairs and tell to reception
