Greetings... 🙏 I've Booked This Property For My Family & My Newly Wed Friend For One Night Only. We Supposed To Check In On 27th Jan But Due To Heavy Traffic We Check In Around On 28th Jan At 02:30 AM. We Are Allocated Room No. 309 & 310. Sorry To Let You Know That When We Entered The Room Then Found That Linen On Bed Are Full Of Stains. I Asked The Receptionist To Change The Linen Immediately. Afterwards I've Noticed That The Toilet Of Both Room Were In Bad Condition As Someone Used The Toilet But Left The Toilet Without Flush. As Flushing System Was Not In Operation. The Hand Wash Basin Tap Also Broken. There Was Worst Smoking & Stink Smell In Room. The Cigarette Pieces & Burned Match Sticks Were Lying On Floor. Then Noticed That The Floor Is Also In Bad Condition As There Was Too Much Dust Everywhere. It's My Humble Request To Properly Owner To Spent Some Amount From Earnings To Maintain This As This Property Really Needs Maintenance At Priority Basis. I Wouldn't Recommend This Property. Thanks...

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTELThe hotel staffs are very very unprofessional and untrained to attend guests. Despite having made the payment the staff forcefully took extra cash for allocating room. I landed with an early morning flight and when I reached this unnecessary hassle was very irritating and frustrating. Hotel staff denied check-in. I had to pay extra cash for getting the room.

Pathetic experience. 1. Hotel staff had no knowledge of our booking. Night receptionist asked me 4 times where I booked the room from. He eventually took a screenshot of the booking from my phone 2. Shabby room. Cupboard was filled with old and dusty piles of papers and files. No space for my luggage3. AC, Phone not working

Worst experience. No lift flush not working motor not working, so had to wait till 11am for water to brush n bath. no towel given even after asking very late service only good thing was room was spacious else nothing was good. i wont suggest you to stay here. thank you

This hotel is bunch of issues. No water in the tapes, no proper clean and ready room, no cold water to drink, bathroom gate is not closing...such houses should not be made as an hotel...I'm in the room when writing this review...

it was raining outside and water was coming inside from window. there were messy linen present in the almirah. we ordered food but didn't get it till now. no water coming in evening in washroom.
