Coorg Lotus Villa

Due to the wrong information about the Home Stay, we encountered a miscommunication with the staff which led to some arguments among us. But, the staff as well as the owner of the property were very helpful with their good services and gestures 24/7 and helped us to enjoy a very good time during the stay. The Home Stay consists of 02 nos. of 2BHK and 02 nos. of Double Bed Room. We were a family of 5 Adults and 1 kid aged 4 years and booked 02 double bed rooms which can accommodate only 02 persons not 03 persons even extra bed provided. Which means the Double Bed rooms are made only for couples as they are very small rooms.But, on the contrary, the 2 BHK rooms are very spacious and comfortable for a family of 5-6 persons including kids. The staff helped us to get 01 no. of 2BHK room in lieu of 02 nos. of Double Bed Rooms.Actually the 2BHK room was perfect for us, but while earlier we tried to book, it was not allowing us to book 01 no. 2BHK, rather it was forcing to book 02 nos. of 2BHK, which would be totally useless for 05 persons only, that's why we couldn't be able to book 2BHK for the stay and booked 02 Double bed rooms. But, at last , after arriving at the Home Stay, the staff helped us to get 01 no. 2BHK. However, the stay was very pleasant due to the Home Stay Staff only but we met with a loss due to the total cost of 02 nos. of Double bed rooms are greater than 01 no. of 2 BHK rooms for a day.For a hill view, you have to go upstairs in their glass house as there are no views from any of the rooms available. Main markets and shops are near about 1 km. online food delivery by Swiggy or Zomato are available. Even the Home stay has collaboration with a nearby restaurant to order for having food in-room. The Stay was very neat and clean with power backup and complementary tea-coffee everyday.privacy and safety, well maintained

We are family of five stayed in this villa, one of the best experience overe there. near to Mysore main road. all tourist places are 2km surrounding only. I would like to recommend this property

cleanest room , best place to enjoy beautiful scenary and peaceful environment. enjoyed the peace here. best service by caretaker and owner I felt like home here
