The room that they offered was smelling with no proper ventilation. AC was not working for more than 4 hours. The staff is unprofessional and don't care about the customer experience. The rooms are available online but when asked to change the room there were no rooms available in this hotel. One of the pathetic and worst experience that i had spending my valuable time here.
