Hotel Grand Pune

No lift working No AC Working They want to give me room at 4 th floor W/O loft how can we stay at 4 th floor. So he give me room at 1 st floor but No AC working in the room

It is nearby bus depo and cleanliness of room was good but for bathroom it was average,but after informing them,they immediately cleaned the bathroom Overall a good stay

Experience was horrible.AC was not functional, flush tank was broken,the staff was unwilling to help and non cooperative.After this experience we will avoid booking.

Was a work related stay.hotel is decent very strategically located.very good connectivity.very pocket friendly and very comfortable staff was hospitable

checking was good early when I reached at 5. too many cockroaches. on door, in cupboard, under the pillow, inside the blanket, on the bed, on table....

the AC was not working. Rooms were clean but pillows were worn-out. It was kind of a lodge, would not have gone if I was aware about it earlier.

overall good experience as I stayed for continuous 3 days this time the location is good especially if you are preferring the bus travelling

budget stay, room was Not that spacious, lobby was conjusted, bit good for location stay.

Need to Improve Services like Toothpaste brushes,Soap etc

Good Service by hotel management.
