Owner was rude..He has not upgraded the room even if resort was fully empty and not a single guest was there. If you are planning to go in winter don't waste your money in Grand view resort because not a single activity at resort for family and children. May be in summer resort would be good due to swimming pool. I would not prefer to any one this resort during winer season. Property is huge and food was good. Staff behaviour was also good. Overall stay was below average. :(
