Excellent Location, in the midst of forest! very Isolated hence need own transportation to manage your stay here. Very helpful staff, food is average and manageable, Rooms are very spacious and clean. However maintenance needs serious improvement, drains in bathroom doesn't flow easily, hand wash drain opens onto floor directly, fans (wall mounted) do not swing and not directed to bed, coolers making huge noise etc If maintained well then this is a true Value for money

Pathetic location. Too far from the market and bus stand. Go only if you have private vehicles. Rooms are okaish - Definitely not value for money. Food is also average. Staff is not receptacle to your demands. I would definitely not recommend this resort to anyone. The washroom has an old geyser and infrastructure - needs servicing. Only thing I liked was the common area for dining and fun. Glass doors. Privacy is a bit compromised at ground floors.

The property is isolated and we felt that we are stranded with our small daughter. We couldn't even got a glass of milk for our daughter. If we want to have food we had to tell them from 5 pm so that we can get food at around 7 pm . Other we won't get food at all. There is nothing near by not even a small grocery shop. The rooms were pathetic. Will not recommend this property to anyone.

I had stayed at this place 9 yrs back and the condition and amenities wr still the same. Apart from the service there is nothing great about this place. Food is average. The only good thing was the barbecue arrangement done for us individually. The rooms and the amenities are not worth it. If you don't have any other option and have to visit Mahabaleshwar only den go for this option.

Hotel is quite beautiful. Stayed in a big family room which is really well maintained and cleaned. Personal vehicle is must as hotel is far away from main market place. Room service is also good. Overall quite nice place to enjoy holiday.

Awsum stay with excellent services. Only expectation was they will provide coffee making machine inside the room. Rest, staff is prompt and excellent, owner is soft spoken, food is nice....stayed and enjoyed every day of the rain

Good place for a nights stay with family and friends. Place is decently maintained, apartment villa was clean with basic facilities. Room service staff Pradeep was very courteous. Food taste was decent and reasonably priced.

It was an excellent trip. In terms of location, it was very good. Breakfast that we tried there was nice. The staff was nice and very cooperative. Garden area was available there. Overall 5/5 for everything.

It was quite good they provided us with a coal fire as the temperatures were reaching 12 degrees it is a very ideal place if u want to relax the food is not very good.
