Hotel Kepler Stay - AT Hotel Collection

Property is relatively new. Hotel has to improve on customer service. Front desk was rude for basic questions. Room size is very small, booking through goibobo allows 3 adults to a room but room is too small for 3 pax. Best suit to 2 pax and a kid. We had to fight for extra bed with hotel management. Finally, They gave hostel bed but with good bed cover though. I will not recommend to book room with breakfast as the hotel will start breakfast only after 9 am and takes very long to prepare and serve every order. Food was good. We had poori which was good.

have never seen a hotel like this. it’s 8am now and the entire lobby is empty. nobody at reception and only person available is a security in normal dress and kind enough to inform that people would start joining at around 9am and chance of having breakfast is around 10am. room is dirty with decorative pices of hairs on the bed. practically has no housekeeping. no complementary drinks were offered although it was clearly mentioned. today we need to move out at 8.30am and breakfast is at 10am 😁

Hotel is good for staying in a silent place if you have your own vehicle. Taxi fare is costlier. One beach near is very good to visit. Food service is very slow and north Indian food are not good.

Had a memorable stay at Hotel Kepler! The owner and staff went above and beyond—when I needed medicine late at night, they traveled 7km to get it. Truly grateful for such care and kindness.
