first of all my family was admitted in the hospital and we were on and off running towards the hospital, we requested the management to check the mosquito issues which was troubling us from night but till the third stay Afternoon no help was scheduled, when I was suggested that they will shift the room ,I said okay but that also not given , on top of that one lady started to blast me over the call when I repeated said we have some emergency and can't wait till you send your housekeeping at your convenience because when we requested and when the issue was taken into consideration was over 24hrs ..I request not to take this property in case you wish to stay even for a day time regardsunsatisfied customer
