Positive - The room was spacious with a large bed, shelf, table and bathroom. Negative - The carpet floor was not cleaned, bathroom was ok. We also had a really bad experience with the staff, Sri Guddu Kumar, there. When asked for helping us with a taxi arrangment, he was totally arrogant with his responses, and asking us to check-out fast, even when rain was pouring heavily. We even asked for any contact number, even the local police staff, but he was totally lacking any courtesy, saying he has no contacts. I urge the Property owner to look into this issue and teach his staff to be more helpful, or at least be more courteous, even when unable to help.

This hotel is truly value for money. We book at the last moment and got the largest room at just @1500. This hotel is located at the centre, right on the main road. provides limited parking as well. Food prices are anyway high in all of lachung. No electric kettle in room but they send hot water if you ask them. The first hotel to provide shampoo and conditioner. Though we just stayed the night, it was a good experience. The size of the room and location

Accomodation was ok. One of the rooms wall was full of mould. Service was good but too costly. Not sure this was as per the standard rate of the hotel or the price as per caretaker's choice. Still can't believe the price of an one egg omelette could be 120 rs. The service man didn't offer a menu card and made huge bill of veg meal at checkout. Please be careful about food price.

The ameneties in the hotel were not at all good . The quality of the rooms and specially the toilet was pretty shabby. Food was good but very costly. Service was however very good . Mr. Tapan ,Manager , was very helpful and courteous. We had left one of our luggage in d hotel during checkout . Mr. Tapan arranged the same and got it delivered at Chunthang

Good comfortable stay. Food very good, especially for vegetarian. Giving 1 star less since their DTH & wifi not working. Hotels next door had DTH working, so their reason of clouds not valid. Overall value for money.

Big and spacious rooms. Service was fast. However, we stayed there in December and heaters were not available. The electric blankets provided took long to heat the bed. Overall, worth the money we paid.

We booked suit at there . Room was very specious and clean. But room service was very very bad. We have waited 1 hour for breakfast. Very poor management.
