nice hotel to stay. just 200m from ticket counter tala gate. good maintanence , nice ambience restaurant was nice. staff behaviour was nice. no adverse remarks to say. heater facility available. food price was also reasonable. ambience is good.

My stay in this hotel was a very bad experience for me. The rooms were very dirty, there was no cleanliness anywhere. The service was very bad. Their rooms are worth only Rs 1000. No any one book in the hotel

stay was good. staff behaviour was excellent. property maintainence was not up to the mark. bathroom condition was poor. issue with hot water supply.

No water supply on 1st Jan. Food quality degraded as the guest increased on 31st Dec. Overall it wasn't a very good experience.
