Got the Heritage room, which was very very congested even for a basic room. The restaurant staff were great and the food was amazing. The only good thing about the property was the restaurants. The reception staff lacked basic training and manners couldn't politely communicate basic things. Eg, they didn't mention the breakfast timings, and they accommodated no requests. Also, another thing I found funny was we had consumed a Rs.20 Kit Kat from the tray and had forgotten about it, and the dude with the white hair at the reception behaved in a weird way about it. The property had no premium feel because this is how even the receptionist behaved. But the property was neat, and the ambience within the property was alright. Still, there wasn't much space within the compound and there is no pool, etc. Overall, loved only the restaurant staff and the food, and the sweet staff who volunteered to take our pictures. The property by itself felt like a very average hotel without the charm of a heritage hotel.

My friend and I had a, wonderful stay at this property. Green, spacious, homely and vintage. The staff is cooperative.. Allowed early check in without any questions. Breakfast is simple, not a buffet. Rooms are neat and clean. There's a also a nice bar right next to it, that can be explored. Connectivity is great! Definitely recommend. Safety, accessibility, service

nice and comfortable stay here. best for couple and family without kids seeking a calm and romantic place. close to many amazing places one can visit. accessible by cab/ auto etc. the restaurant is nice as well and the food is amazing here. the staff are nice and courteous. i would definitely choose this place upon my next family trip.

I booked the stay for two nights and had a terrible experience. Power got cut and didn't come for 4 hours. They were too lethargic about the customers. No professionalism. Very small rooms for the price they charge.
