Hotel Managalam

personally i feel amazing. i stayed in many hotels but out of all this stay is my best memory.why and what i liked so much-1) GOOD BEHAVIOR STAFF-very first when i reached at hotel randomly i did not have booking i asked manager to price and room he said for standard room then i feel high price i asked him for another room he advised me for offers and i got this room around inrOK after formalities attended boy took my bag and leave me to room2) ((hygiene)) everything was neat and clean specially washroom was good.3)ROOM SERVICE - just dial 9 ask for anything they will provide without any delay.and before entering your room they properly ask for.4) everything working fine AC and allNEGATIVE -1) channel on TV are very less which are running other asking for recharge for view.what you suppose to we are here for TV recharge? room fitted for both couple and solo travelers.

junior staff is very courteous but the main manager is crooked, they will not start the ac as there ac will only work with generator and when you will complaint they will say ac is working but will take time to get cool, the whole game is of main manager who is saving the fuel of generator, hotel location and room is good and junior staff is good

complete 5 star rating food quality is 5/5 staff service is very good location and hotel overall view is awesome good location neat and clean hotel reception guy are very helpful and supportive they provide early check-in and meal upgrade also

Room was clean and it's having good parking space.. all the staffs were very friendly, supportive and they were polite. It's a great place to stay with family.. location was very good. I will love to come again whenever I will go to lucknow.
