Mayna Hotel And Banquet

I was late so i called the hotel around 3 pm to ready a room for me i will arrive in 1 hour the hotel said ok sir one min and then phone hung up , i didnt called again , thats make a bad experince , when i reached hotel , the hotel lift was not working so i used stairs and climbed 2 floors , too much tiring for me, then checkin was time taking as no one was available at counter but once the person arrive he just asked name and did entry in register . so checkin was easy and quick , room was good as per i paid , but littile repair and upgrade is needed , Room lock was not working good, tv remote was not available only one channel was showing, no exhaust fan in washroom , lights switches were not easy setup. If you just come for your work and leave then it is good and avoidable but if you want good experience then you can reconsider or ask for better room in hotel , as it is not necessary all the rooms have some issues Solo traveller is not good as face many problems as need to lock room every time you visit outside , can cause over food when order some thing in restaurant as dishes are made according to 2/3 person

Location - Location was good. Safety for vehicle was there. Room - It looked like a old property with rennovations. But still lacking basic amenities like, tea/coffee/milk pauches. When asked about that they replied very unprofessionally and said they they don't have these things in their hotel. They even didn't provide soaps in washroom. Service - Service was poor. Staffs were totally unprofessional, non cooperative and lacked the basics of hospitality. Food - The taste was okay, nothing special. Overall I was unsatisfied.

Dear friends I would like to suggest not to stay here because 1. Rooms are very unhygienic and smells bad.2. Property owner don't give facilities I asked them for dental kit but they refused.3. I have ordered food and they have overcharged me.4. Mattress is very had you cannot sleep on it and bed sheets and Blankets are having bad odour seems it was not washed from ages.Very disappointing to me.

Perfect invironment to live in, cleanliness, staff behaviour, room service, food quality everything is of excellent quality. I chose it as a permanent destination at Darbhanga. I can't think of any better place at Darbhanga to stay. It's just the best one. Whether it is location, ambience or service.
