sir, i [70 years old], entered the hotel with my sister [76 years old] through a steep, narrow staircase because the attendant [so called receptionist] was on the first floor, an untrained boy who was not having no written record of my e-booking.due to heat,i upgraded the room to air-conditioned for which i paid extra rent.other customers also came but they were arguing about the rent to be reduced. it was a very unbearable scene. the window of my upgraded room was filled with junk and the plaster of the walls was also peeling off. when i asked for towel for two people, i was told that this was it.when i spoke to the hotel owner on the phone,i got another towel.on asking for water,i got a water bottle without a glass. also, the check-in and check-out time of the hotel is 8-8 am which is inconvenient. for a goabibo platform like yours, this hotel is against your dignity.

most horriblemost disastrous experience. never to trust now hotel mayura. worthless. no facility. towels given after many requests are like ponchha. you can not see your face in bathroom mirror. no place in front of hotel so one has to bring his luggage from place away. no service. even hotel name is not there.

The hotel rooms were so horrible and bathroom fittings and toilet were shabby AF. The staff behaviour was also so rude that we couldn't stay there for a minute extra, and there's no lift so beware before booking the rooms if you have a senior citizen along with you.

Parking is not available. U need to park half a kilometre away at Govt provided public parking. Hot water before 6.30 am is definitely not available. Staff at reception will not be available when required. Room is good and great price and next to temple.

Hotel mayur is overpriced, they have no staff when i was read there only 14to 16 year boy was there to serve me no parking no food no cleaning even thier flush donot works tooo over price there is only thing is location very bad expirince

Very poor setup with the high price point with worst staff ..No cleaning..no proper rooms..fan is at 5feet height ...bedsheets unchanged and unhygienic bathrooms with no view and veltilation...no staff ...worst experience Not taken sorry

First of all they changed the hotel and shifted me to another hotel where electricity is gone for 4 hours and when I tried to reach hotel mayur they didn't receive my phone.... such a worst experience ever

nice hotel very near to dwarkadheesh temple.staff polite.room neat n clean with basic amenities like TV ,AC ,telephone,hot n cold water in bath room.noise free atmosphere.

Bad.. .... No 3rd bead,No bedsheets No cool watere, No TV, No Telephone, Bad servise......Waste my money.👎My chekout time is 12pm but he say chek out 3pm imegetly.

very nice hotel near to market and walking distance to tempel, but price is high, I recommend to all go for it. Bathroom are clean , stuff are very co operative .

Neat and clean rooms with 24 hr hot water supply.Cleaning every morning is done.Does not hv restaurant.But no worries.....it's available near by.
