This is not a Hotel rather worse than a Lodge. No basic Infrastructure available like Power Backup, you will have to stay in Dark Rooms with Dark Washrooms. They don't have Dry Towels to Provide You, No amenities. No View from Hotel Rooms, only surrounded by Old Buildings and no Balcony Attached for View, don't go by the Pictures, these completely mismatch with the reality. Highly disappointed with the stay, its a Nightmare. The Owner and other staff don't bother to listen and understand the issues. Shall not recommend rather request not to even think of Booking. It is not worth a Single Star.

It was a great experience with Terra Hotels. Staff was on toes and agreed to all the requests made to make our stay memorable and happening. Akshay and Vipin made us feel great and were marvelous in their service. Loved their hospitality. Thanks Terra for such great staff, service and hotels Every thing. Terrace was also maintained.

Highly unorganised, poor service, no electricity in the room, not expected from a new property. The only good thing about this hotel is food, which they have served in their restaurant. Not at all justified with tariff they are charging. The least you can do is refund the 50% amount you have charged.

Pathetic service by hotel. Room provided by staff was completely different which I have booked. Owner was also not speaking properly to resolve my issues.
