Hotel Moon Taj Near Yashobhoomi

this is the worst I have ever experienced in my life related to Hotel booking.I booked Hotel Moon Residency Near Yashoboomi dwarka, from 18th to 21st and paid full amount. When wanted to book Taxi from Airport terminal 3 at Delhi, I could not find lication on the google map / Uber / Ola App. Hotel contact no mentioned doesn't belong to Moon Residency, but some other Hotel owned by same owner (as I was given to understand). whenever I contacted this phone no, they only shared google location of another property by name Hotel Bijwasan, which is about 3km away from original Hotel booked. also asked me to check into in this changed property without giving a valid reason as to why Moon Residency was not made available to me. I brought all these points, but to no avail.I booked Hotel keeping walking distance to Yashoboomi Exhibition center at Dwarka. that is about 1.5km from Moon Residency which I booked. but now I have been given room at some other property called Hotel Bijwasan which 5km away from Yashoboomi.Change in property was never disclosed nor discussed and done without my consent / Knowledge.why property location of Moon Residency is not correctly available on Google map and also why direct contact of Moon Residency is not disclosed. is there a property in the name of Moon Residency at all, I doubt.??waiting for your response.thanksregardsNataraja MK

I recently had the pleasure of staying at hotel moon residency for a romantic getaway with my partner, and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience. The moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a seamless check-in process. The room itself was beautifully appointed, with thoughtful details that made our stay incredibly comfortable. The luxurious bedding and plush pillows made for a restful night's sleep, and the stunning views from our room added a touch of romance to our stay. We also had the pleasure of dining at the hotel's restaurant, and we were blown away by the quality of the food and the exceptional service. It is a very bad experience to me. when I board in Delhi and contacting to Hotel person he told me your boking is confirm and he send a link shortly to me. then I wait for his reply he couldn't reply me. after a minutes I check location on map as per address mention in booking details and reach there. A man is there who is the manager of property told us your booking is confirm but still we have over booking right now so we shifted to you in our other property which has nearby approx. 500 to 600 meter and we book a cab for you for your hassle free journey. we support to him and take a decision for shifted to other property but we upset in minutes because of it not's a short distance it's 5 to 6 kms from our hotel. so we compliant to such person but he said I can't help you. when I reached other property which has suggested to me it is a very horrible for residing to me and my daughter as well as outside area.

Pathetic Hotel....... First Frod :- they charge me higher amount for this hotel and when I ask location they tried to send me in different third class hotel by saying this is also our property which they don't have my booking details when I get rigid then they give me another address which is 800m away from this hotel, I have to walk to the place with luggage's as there is no availabilities of auto taxi.My Worst Decision to choose this hotel...Don't waste your money to stay here....They are not able to provide utility water at washrooms... whenever i have called to the desk they send one bucket water...Horrible Stay... Rooms are too dirty and the condition of beds is also very bad....I Personally recommend to all the travelers to please don't waste your hard earn money....I stayed 3 Nights, No availability of Water at Washrooms all day's Horrible situation
