The location of the hotel is great, walking distance from famous havelis of Jaisalmer which are major attraction of Jaisalmer, jaisalmer golden fort is best view available from this place, actually the cliff on which Narayan Niwas palace is based, that is highest point after fort so great view all day. evenings in the roof top is a great and fairy tale affair, you just enjoy the best of view one experience in movies only. 360 degree view one can get. we were upgraded to courtyard room and this room was classy with full size glass wall towards the courtyard outside. food is great. there are multiple sitting options like near reception, near restaurant , central courtyard, gallery outside rooms , roof top. swimming pool. enjoyed our stay at fullest with fabulous great evening spent at the rooftop. will visit again.

We stayed in this hotel after reading that it is a heritage property. The property is very nice but the problem is it is not maintained at all. When you enter the property, it does give a very nice feeling. The problem starts when you see the room, room conditions are not so good. Bathrooms are small and not as clean. Pool was nonfunctional. We also enquired about the reason for the bad upkeep, and came to know that being a heritage property, they get a particular revenue share from the government even if rooms are not rented - validity of this claim not checked by us though!

Rude staff, Nill Maintainance, Dirty pooL, Dusty furniture. Nice property handed over to a bunch of reckless people! I happened to forget my waist Belt at the hotel and checked out, the management doesn't bother to courier it back to me even after making multiple calls to them. And the guy from the reception was asking me to deposit money in to his bank account saying that he has already couriered my belt. Don't get ********by opting this hotel and spoilIing your Memorable trip and time.

Only the entrance is good Poor rooms like a servant room , services very poor, entire condition is not good even the staff of the hotel is not like the heritage hotel basiscly they r not provided the facility like a heritage one the most surpricing thing in that there is no mode of communication at the reception the wall of the rooms r in very bad condition even the same staff boys pepped into the wash room as i heared from room mates its very disappointing .

Excellent piece of ancient Architectural , Well maintained heritage property. Big and spacious rooms with nice decor. Courtyard area is the best part of palace. It remains busy and looks very beautiful in evening as all cultural programs happens here. We enjoyed the dinner while watching evening dance program. The food and service both were really appreciable and decent. Also almost all visiting places are very close. Perfect place to stay.

Hopeless Hotel with Torn Linen, Choked WC and Drains, Non Functioning Showers and Taps, Lots of Mosquitoes, Cost of a cup of Tea Unimaginable Rs 100 for a Third Rate Hotel in a Good But Ill Kept Property Stayed there for One Night on 2May in Two Rooms, NO TV in rooms, If services cannt be provided in off season God Only will come to yr rescue during season Should be very careful before booking Naresh

Pathetic in short..... Mosquitoes are living in the room and we are their guests... No hot water.... Fan can't run slow.... only 1 electric point and in that tv runs... so you cant charge anything if you wants to watch tv..... so don't waste a single rupee here.... so many hotels are there in this budget.... room service only solve your problem if you call them 3 4 times...

Average in hospitality. Good location. Good heritage hotel. Pool is dirty. 1km far from Jaisalmer fort and other places of visit very near. Beware of agents on Jaisalmer station.they will trick u at very cheap rates for hotels (swagatam hotel specially).they will charge u massive for desrt safari and other activities

Our stay was absolutely fine. Centralized location of the hotel even make it more convenient. Almost all the sightseeing seeing places are within 2kms. Staff were nice but services were little bit slow. Overall it was good experience, will surely visit again.

there is hardly any staff available at the place,hardly any facilities,even rooms are with out TV,WiFi only available at the reception area...you'd feel so lonely that you'd think of some dead place.
