Very nice location....Beside main road.... Easy to locate....Hotel room was average sized, clean with all basic amenities.... AC and TV was functional.... Bathroom was small but otherwise OK....Geyser in the bathroom was functional.... Only one problem there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom.....Problem of mosquito nuisance was there though mosquito repellent (all out) was provided.....Hotel staffs were very cooperative..... Big thanks to them....Restaurant is just downstairs.....Tasty food available in reasonable price..... Room service was available.....All the best to "Hotel Neelam"

Located in the main market place of the area. So Much MOSQUITOES in the room. Room is very small, NO WINDOW, Hot water is available but BATHROOM is VERY SMALL. Cleaning is not so good, Bedcover & Bedsheets are not so clean. Room Service is good and fast. Food taste and quantity is good. They dont accept Card payment.

The room was good but there was many mosquitoes and insects in the room. The washroom condition was also not good. Food is available but according to the quality the food is very expensive. The location of the property is approx 1 km from the main road.

Staff behavior were goo but it was noisy in lobby, amenities and services were nice. Location was bit interior, not on main road. There was dining facility. There was no complimentary services.
