It looked like the hotel was very new, and it was superbly clean. I noticed the smell of fresh paint in the rooms, and I also heard some maintenance work sounds. Prime location; AS Roa Nagar bus stop is just 150 meters away. There's no fan in my room, which is the only negative and the reason for a 4-star rating, but they do have AC. There's no water in the rooms; I guess we need to order water bottles through a room service boy only.
